Pay at Contracted Locations
You may make payment at 4 convenience stores (7-11, OKmart, FamilyMart, Hi-Life) or at our service centers :
- Miaoli Service Office: No. 438, Zhigong Rd., Miaoli City, Miaoli County, (Monday to Friday 08: 00~19: 00).
- No.1 Parking Booth: at the intersection of Zhongxiao Road and Minzu Road., Miaoli City, Miaoli County (Monday to Friday 09: 00~17: 00 )
- Miaoli City Office: No. 76, Fuqian Rd., Miaoli City, Miaoli County (Monday to Friday 08:00~17:00，lunch break)

Please note that APP is only available for searching for unpaid tickets within the payment deadline.(within 13 days from the next day of issuance, including holidays).

Rate
This parking lot charges by the hour. It is NTD $10 for every half-hour, and if you park for less than half an hour, it still will be rounded up to half an hour (please note that moving the vehicle to a different space requires a new parking ticket)
Management is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or contents.
Vehicles parking use only, no responsibility for safekeeping. Please safeguard your valuables on your own.
Parking for the disabled
If you park in a space for people with disabilities, you need to have a disabled license plate or put a disability parking permit on your car window for free parking. You can park in regular space for free for the first 3 hours once a day. If you go over the free time, you have to pay the regular parking fees.
Payment deadline and payment reminder
After the vehicle leaves, please make the payment within 14 days. If the payment is overdue, authorized convenience stores will no longer accept payments. Kindly bring the document to a payment service center to make the payment. Failure to pay on time will result in the issuance of a reminder notice according to Article 56 of the Road Traffic Management Punishment Regulations. For the first reminder, an additional fee of $15 will be charged. If the payment is still not made by the deadline of the first reminder, a second reminder will be sent by registered mail with an additional fee of $50. If the payment is not made by the deadline of the second reminder, a fine of $300 will be imposed, and we will pursue payment for both the parking fee and the late payment fee.
Parking payment receipt lost or barcode unreadable
If the barcode on the ticket cannot be read or is lost, please inquire about making a payment within the payment deadline at our company. You can either visit our website to reprint the payment or reminder slip(link) and make a payment at the Miaoli Service Office, No.1 Parking Booth , Miaoli City Office, or convenience stores like Hi-Life, FamilyMart, OKmart and 7-11.
Retain the receipt for six months
* A friendly reminder: a reprinted payment slip cannot serve as proof of payment.
If you pay at convenience stores or authorized service centers, please make sure to obtain a payment receipt and verify the amount. To safeguard your rights, please keep these records for over six months. In case of a dispute, attach the receipt issued by the collection agency when filing a complaint for verification purposes.
